GRANT REQUIREMENTS
· Applications will be accepted twice a year. By September 30th and March 30th.
· Survivor of a catastrophic injury (SCI, TBI, stroke, etc.) or illness (Guillain Barre’ Syndrome, MS, etc.) leading to debilitating physical disability in North or South Carolina.
· Physical need for therapy or exercise.
· Financial need for a grant from The Walk for Life Campaign.
· By accepting a grant from The Walk for Life Campaign, you agree to be a part of our website and social media pages to share your video, story and photo and what receiving this grant meant to you.
· Currently if awarded a grant, The Walk for Life Campaign will pay up to $800 in therapy/exercise costs. The money will be paid directly to vendors for services rendered.
